Tamara Carlen

Tamara Carlen has been an entrepreneur in one way or another most of her life: a community builder, a master connector, an advocate for women in business and a leader in the small business community. Alongside Ensemble she runs a business coaching and strategic consulting practice, and she is a former adjunct professor at Tarrant County College, where she taught aspiring entrepreneurs how to launch a business. She served as a Burleson City Councilwoman from 2020 to 2023, stepping down after one term to focus on helping small business owners build thriving, sustainable companies.

Jeff Ware

Jeff leads the day-to-day community experience at Ensemble, creating an environment where members feel welcomed, supported and connected. With a background in customer-facing roles and a natural ability to build relationships, he brings both professionalism and genuine care to every interaction. From onboarding new members to supporting events and daily operations, he plays a key part in keeping the culture that makes Ensemble a place people enjoy coming to.

Brianna Parkhill

Brianna supports the behind-the-scenes operations that keep Ensemble running smoothly. She is the primary contact and manager for Ensemble's Virtual Office memberships, making sure the experience is smooth and compliant from onboarding onward. Outside Ensemble she is a professional bookkeeper and the owner of Beyond the Books, which gives her a strong grasp of how small businesses actually operate.

Our Conductors work in the Coworkshare Program and are vital to the day-to-day care of members, guests and the space. They serve one day a week, are active members themselves, and receive business coaching plus a full-time membership in exchange.
